These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Veritus at veritus.space and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Veritus is a cloud workspace that helps you build React Native mobile apps with AI assistance, live preview, authentication and database wiring, and deployment tooling for iOS and Android.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Beta or preview features are provided as-is and may be discontinued without notice.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal projects.

We and our licensors own the Service, software, models, branding, and Documentation. You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, modify, and display User Content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Veritus, and to comply with law.
Important
AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or insecure. You must review, test, and validate all generated code, dependencies, and configurations before publishing to users or app stores.
You represent that you have all rights necessary for User Content you submit and that your use of generated output will not infringe third-party rights or violate law, app store policies, or open-source licenses.
We are not liable for defects, downtime, data loss, security vulnerabilities, or store rejections arising from your reliance on AI-generated materials.
You agree not to use Veritus to:
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access without refund where appropriate.
The Service may connect to payment processors, cloud hosts, analytics tools, app store tooling, OAuth providers, and other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or acts.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You are responsible for securing credentials, API keys, and production environments you control outside Veritus.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE CODE GENERATION, OR APP STORE APPROVAL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU PAID NO FEES.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
You will defend and indemnify Veritus and its affiliates, officers, and employees against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel subscriptions through billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, risk to the platform, non-payment, or legal requirements.
After termination, your license ends and we may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and internal retention schedules.
You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and may not use the Service in embargoed regions or for prohibited end uses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to mandatory consumer protections in your home country.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
