If you use Veritus on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to accept this policy for that organization.

• Directly from you when you register, edit a project, connect an integration, or contact support.
• Automatically through cookies, logs, and analytics when you use the Service.
• From service providers such as payment processors, identity providers, hosting vendors, and AI infrastructure partners that help us operate Veritus.

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including live preview, auth, database wiring, and build workflows.
• Process subscriptions, credits, deployments, and account billing.
• Generate and improve AI-assisted features using your prompts and project context.
• Monitor abuse, fraud, and platform reliability.
• Send product updates, security notices, and support responses.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Veritus uses automated systems, including large language models, to interpret prompts and generate code. Your prompts, project context, and related metadata may be transmitted to subprocessors that provide AI, hosting, or inference services solely to deliver and improve the Service.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, secrets, or regulated information unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before shipping to production or app stores.

We share personal data only as needed to run Veritus:

• Infrastructure, analytics, email, customer support, and payment vendors under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Professional advisers or acquirers in connection with a merger, financing, or asset sale, subject to standard protections.
• Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect users, our rights, or the security of the Service.
• Other parties when you direct us to share data, such as connecting a third-party integration.
